2.1 Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a written request via email to inquiries@zworktechnology.com with your project details and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our discretion.

2.2. Cancellation by Zwork Technology
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances: - Non-payment or delayed payments beyond agreed terms. - Violation of our Terms and Conditions. - Unreasonable client behavior or repeated scope changes causing project delays. - In such cases, any applicable refund will be at our discretion.

2.2. Cancellation by Zwork Technology
We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances: - Non-payment or delayed payments beyond agreed terms. - Violation of our Terms and Conditions. - Unreasonable client behavior or repeated scope changes causing project delays. - In such cases, any applicable refund will be at our discretion.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the nature of the service and the work completed at the time of cancellation.

3.1 Refund Eligibility
Website Design & Development:
- If cancellation is requested before project initiation, a full refund will be processed (excluding any administrative fees).
- If work has commenced, a partial refund may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
- No refund will be issued if the project is 80% or more completed or if the final deliverables have been shared.

Graphic Design & Branding:
- If a request is made before design work begins, a full refund is possible.
- If initial concepts have been provided, only a partial refund (deducting design effort costs) may be granted.
- No refunds will be issued once final designs are approved.

Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.):
- Digital marketing services are non-refundable as they involve ongoing work and third-party costs (e.g., ad spend).
- If a cancellation request is made before a campaign starts, only unutilized ad budget (if applicable) may be refunded.

SaaS Product Development & Custom Software:
- Refunds for SaaS or custom development services depend on the contract terms.
- Once development has commenced, only a partial refund may be considered, depending on the work completed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects or SaaS subscriptions once activated.

3.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Domain registration, hosting, and third-party software purchases.
- Completed or delivered projects.
- Consultation and strategy services.
- Monthly subscription fees for SaaS products.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
Any transaction or processing fees (e.g., payment gateway fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Modifications to Policy

Zwork Technology reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be available on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
